I assist the Rector with leading worship, pastoral care, spiritual guidance, teaching, and some administration of the parish. I’m specifically responsible for Christian Formation, support, and planning ‘fresh expressions of Worship’ and Newcomers Ministry. So if you are new to St. Mary’s or are interested in exploring whether or not St. Mary’s is the place for you to call your spiritual home, I am here to help you with that!
I love helping people to explore and deepen their faith and to find spiritual disciplines/practices that work for them! There are many different forms of spiritual practices – some of which involve stillness and silence but others that are creative, artistic, intellectual, or involve moving our bodies in mindful ways (walking a Labyrinth is a form of walking meditation). I am also passionate about our care for the earth and all its myriad of creatures both big and small.
