SMK is hiring a Nursery Coordinator for Sunday mornings!

We are seeking a person who loves working with children, especially those aged 0-4, who will pray for them and be a loving faithful adult in their lives. We are currently in the process of redeveloping our Nursery program to reflect our Anglican ethos, and we seek a person who will find joy in the possibilities this brings.

It is anticipated that the Nursery Coordinator will be at St. Mary’s each Sunday from 9:00am-12:30pm (3.5 hours), with vacations and absences to be arranged with the Coordinator of Family Ministry.  They will also be responsible for nursery cleanliness and coordinating of older youth volunteers.

The successful candidate will have strong work ethic, be comfortable interfacing with a variety of people, able to give and receive feedback regarding care/ programming, and able to make changes or improvements as appropriate.

Occasionally additional hours may be required by the church for training and or to help with Nursery care for a special event. The Nursery Coordinator will be notified of these in advance and compensated at the regular rate.
