Each year, the Community Donations Committee selects two worthy charities to support in the Christmas season.

The CDC will have a table and tree set up at Coffee Hour to collect donations on December 3, 10, and 17. We hope you will stop by to contribute!

This year’s recipients are:

Coast Mental Health provides essential housing, support, and employment services for people with mental illness, so they can find their meaningful place in our community - a place to live, a place to connect, and a place to work.  (coastmentalhealth.com)

The Lookout Society provides housing and a range of support services to adults with low or no income who have few, if any, housing or support options. The Lookout Society operates many warming shelters around the city, and will be running the one at St. Mary's this winter.  (lookoutsociety.ca)
